FAQ

Pressure Washing is utilizing the higher pressure capacity of our equipment through a high pressure nozzle to clean surfaces that can handle and often require more intense water pressure. These surfaces may include brick, concrete, and some kinds of stone.

Soft washing is exactly what is sounds like- cleaning at a softer pressure, and more so relying on cleaning detergents to get the job done. It is often safer and more efficient on surfaces such as siding, wood, roofs and stucco. 

There are a lot of risks involved with exterior cleaning. From the risk of ladder injuries all the way to the potential for bleach (or even just pressure) to damage surfaces, it is best to consult with a professional who has the experience and techniques for cleaning properly and safely.

It can save you a lot of time and headache by hiring someone with commercial grade equipment.

Yes! A professional pressure/soft washing business should have the correct insurance. We carry insurance and include our COI upon request; we want you to feel at ease knowing your property is safe with us.

We would recommend a house wash roughly once a year. Roof cleanings can get by with lesser frequency at about one wash every other year, to up to 5 years in between, depending on the conditions of the home and environmental factors.

Yes. We always use the customer’s water source. This is industry standard and the cost of continuously hauling water to the job location to complete the job would far outweigh the cost of water usage to the customer. Not having to pass even a portion of a large cost like this onto the customer is a benefit for everyone. 

We will, however, on occasion bring our own water to supplement if a customer’s flow rate for their water is low, or certain job site with limited water supply.

Yes we do; typically only used to supplement a larger GPM machine that is in use with a lower-flowrate source of water, or of lower supply, we do have tanks for backup to complete the job.

Keeping your roof free of the microorganisms that can slowly damage your roof is important to prolong its life. Repairing or replacing a roof can be much more expensive than semi-regular washes.

It is estimated that with proper cleaning and maintenance, the life of a roof can potentially be doubled! Depending on the material of the roof and the impact of environmental factors that play a role on how frequently a wash may be needed, cleaning can only serve to benefit toward this goal.

Time on a house can vary depending on what work needs to be done, but you can expect from roughly 1-3 hours before completion.
